Launch of the TM Grantech Pelletizing Line in the Kirovohrad Region

ICK Group specialists have successfully commissioned the TM Grantech pelletizing line, equipped with the high-performance GT-520D press granulator. The line enables the production of high-quality pellets from agricultural and wood waste.

After thorough installation and commissioning, including the detailed inspection of electrical circuits and the automated control system, the line was launched in automatic mode. During the startup, ICK Group specialists achieved the planned productivity: 2.5 t/h for agricultural waste and 1.7 t/h for wood waste.

Thanks to the use of energy-efficient components and optimization of the technological process, the line ensures high productivity with minimal energy consumption. The automated control system provides precise raw material dosing, temperature, and pressure control during the pelletizing  process, guaranteeing high product quality.

The service team conducted comprehensive training for the client’s personnel, including theoretical sessions on equipment operation principles and practical training on line management. Detailed instructions for performing scheduled maintenance tasks were also developed to ensure the continuous operation of the line over a long period.
