Modernization of the compound feed plant

The service department of ICK Group visited one of our clients in the Rivne region for the modernization of the compound feed plant, namely the replacement of the OGM-1.5 press granulator with the GT-420 TM Grantech press granulator.

According to the results of the visit, commissioning works of the press granulator GT 420K were performed, namely:connecting and checking the system of the automatic lubrication system;

• connection of the limit switch of the mixer door;

• connection of the limit switch of the pin cut;

The start-up of the granulator was carried out at idle speed and under load with the product with the output specified in the technical task.According to the results of the work, the specialists of the service service managed to bring the equipment to a fairly high performance indicator, namely 2.5 t/h of granulated compound feed with a pellet diameter of 2.5 mm, which is more than 2 times compared to the productivity of the OGM-1 granulator.

Also, ICK Group specialists conducted training for the TM Grantech press granulator service personnel and provided their recommendations regarding the effective operation of the compound feed granulation line.
