Solution for Cooling Soybean Meal with a Capacity of 10 t/h

A cooling solution for soybean meal has been developed and successfully implemented for one of the largest soybean processing enterprises in the Western region of Ukraine.

The company approached ICK Group specialists to optimize the soybean meal cooling process, as lowering its temperature is a critically important stage for further processing and storage.

The ICK Group team designed a customized solution that includes a high-efficiency cooler and an aspiration system, fully meeting the customer’s needs.

The cooler’s capacity is 10 tons of soybean meal per hour. The cooling process ensures a temperature reduction to the level required for further transportation, packaging, and long-term storage of the product. Soybean meal is a valuable component for producing balanced feed and mixtures necessary for healthy animal nutrition.

At present, the equipment has already been delivered to the customer, and installation and commissioning preparations are underway.
