Supply of a Bran Pelletizing Line with a capacity of 5 tons/hour.
A flour-producing enterprise in the Poltava region has taken a significant step towards sustainable production by acquiring a new TM Grantech Bran Pelletizing Line. The project, implemented by ICK Group, will enable the enterprise to effectively process grain bran waste into a valuable product.
The bran pelletizing line is developed based on the reliable GT-500D pellet mill and has a capacity of up to 5 tons per hour. One of the project’s highlights was the successful integration of the equipment into an already existing production space with limited area.
The main goal of implementing the line is to process bran, previously considered waste, into fuel pellets. This opens up new opportunities for the enterprise to generate additional profit and reduce waste disposal costs.

Currently, commissioning works are being completed at the facility, and the full launch of the line into operation is expected by the end of April.
The implementation of this modern technology demonstrates the enterprise’s responsible approach to resource utilization and its commitment to optimizing production processes. Thanks to the optimal solution from ICK Group, the flour milling production will not only significantly increase its economic efficiency by waste processing but also optimize its production cycle.
