Restoration of TM Grantech pellet mill

For a regular customer of a company from Rivne region, which has a biofuel production facility based on the GT-520D TM Grantech pellet mill and is engaged in the manufacture and sale of the wood pellets, the ICK Group’s production division has restored the pellet mill.

During the restoration, all the pellet mill components were disassembled and inspected. In the course of the work, the rotor casing and the axle of the central pressing unit were restored by spraying; bearings were replaced; the automatic lubrication system was restored; and all worn-out spare parts were replaced with new ones.

At the production facility the control of assembly of the pellet mill was carried out and the coherence of all components functioning at idle was checked as well.

The restoration work carried out by ICK Group is aimed at extending the service life of the main components of the pellet mill and bringing the equipment to a new state, which enables the company’s customers to operate reliable equipment for many years.

The refurbished pellet mill is currently operating at full capacity and ensures the productivity 2 t/h.
