Supply of a pelletising line with a capacity of 0.5 t/h

Every furniture manufacturer has some leftovers that they use as they see fit. Some burn it in boilers during the winter season, some sell it to other companies, and there are those who are looking for opportunities to use all available materials in the most efficient way. In search of a solution for the efficient use of such residues, they come to the direction of the pellet production.

For example, one of the local owners of a furniture production facility in the Kyiv region, who has 50 t of the residual raw materials (scrap boards) every month, decided to organize the pellet production after studying the economic feasibility. In the future, it is expected that this pellet will be used to heat its own production facilities and sell.

Thus, ICK Group has supplied a TM Grantech pelletizing line based on the GT-304D pellet mill with a capacity of 0.5 t/h to meet the needs of this customer.

Based on the technical data received from the customer, ICK Group’s technical specialists selected the optimal pelletizing technology, which included the main and auxiliary equipment.

This solution will allow the client to:

– dispose the waste;

– get a closed production cycle;

– create the additional jobs;

– generate the additional revenue from the sale of the pellets.
