Supply of a sunflower husk pelletizing line with a capacity of up to 3t/h

ICK Group’s specialists have completed the delivery of a sunflower husk pelletizing line to one of the oil extraction plants in Mykolaiv region.

This project was developed individually for the customer and consisted of two stages:

– the first stage included the supply of the equipment for the preparation of the raw materials before pelletizing (GTDRM hammer mills and storage hoppers).  The design feature of TM Grantech hammer mills allows to choose the side of the product discharge.  This solution allows for a compact placement of the equipment in a room with a small area;

– at the second stage of the project, the equipment for the pelletizing section was manufactured and delivered (GT-520D pellet mill, GTO-22×26 cooler, pellet storage hopper).

The planned capacity of the line is 3 t/h, which fully meets the customer’s needs and makes it possible to:

– dispose of the oilseed production waste;

– reduce the storage space for products;

– reduce storage and transportation costs;

– provide production with an alternative energy source;

– generate the additional income from the sale of the pellets.

At this stage, all the equipment has been manufactured and delivered to the customer within the timeframe specified in the contract. In the near future, ICK Group’s service team is planning to carry out the supervision and commissioning works.
