Supply of the pelletizing line for meal with the productivity 10 t/h

ICK Group has supplied a complete pelletizing line based on the GT-630D pellet mill, which provides the customer’s enterprise with meal processing with a capacity of 10 t/h.

A customer who owns the agricultural land and is actively developing the livestock farming in the Khmelnytsky region needed to pelletize the sunflower meal during the construction of a new oil extraction plant.

ICK Group’s technical specialists selected the main and auxiliary equipment, including TM Grantech automatic control systems.

This solution fully satisfies the customer’s needs and makes it possible to

– increase the bulk density, thereby reducing the cost of transporting the meal;

– reduce the volume of the finished product storage facilities;

– increase the storage time of the meal;

– provide the nutritious feed for the company’s own livestock;

– generate the additional income from the sale of pelletized meal.

Currently, the TM Grantech pelletizing line has been delivered to the customer within the timeframe specified in the contract.

ICK Group’s service department is planning to carry out the supervision and commissioning works and train personnel in the trouble-free operation of the equipment.
